Head to Toe Circuit 1
Head to Toe Circuit Series are 20 minute high intensity workouts. It includes a warm up. Each move is 40 seconds with 20 second rest in between. Most moves are compound movements.
Building Strong
This workout is inspired by trainer Ben Bruno. It's a workout he did when he was "building" himself "back up" after a few months off training because of a back flare up. The workout links to the Instagram post that shows the exact moves and sequence. Note that this is an inspiration and not the exact workout.
