Building Strong
This workout is inspired by trainer Ben Bruno. It's a workout he did when he was "building" himself "back up" after a few months off training because of a back flare up. The workout links to the Instagram post that shows the exact moves and sequence. Note that this is an inspiration and not the exact workout.

Thread the needle
Down dog to up dog

Chip-up
Rotational split squats
Feet elevated push up

Alt lateral raise with isometric hold
Dead bug
Single-leg hip thrusters ‘

Inverted rows
Wall sit with heel raise
Standard push up
