Building Strong
This workout is inspired by trainer Ben Bruno. It's a workout he did when he was "building" himself "back up" after a few months off training because of a back flare up. The workout links to the Instagram post that shows the exact moves and sequence. Note that this is an inspiration and not the exact workout.
Rings + Swedish bar Power
Full Body workout with stall or Swedish bars and gymnastic rings. If you don't have a Swedish bar, you can also perform with pull up bar and a chair.
