  2. Lizard lunge twist or The world’s greatest stretch

Block 1 (4x) 1 min each move includes rest | 10x each move

  1. Squat to press or thrusters (10x)

  2. Bent over rows (10x)

  3. RDLs (10x)

  4. Swings (10x)

  5. Alternating snatch (10x)

  6. 1 and 1/2 sumo squats (10x)
