  1. Around the world or overhead raise (8x)

  2. Underhand grip frontal raises (12x)

  3. Bent arm lateral raises (16x)

  4. Rear delt reverse fly (12x)

  5. Bus drivers (10x)

  6. Alt Arnold press (16x)
