Upper Body: You'll Feel This One
With a focus on the upper body, the workout has a series of compound moves using weights and body weight, inspired by Incinerator, a P90X3 workout.
Three Levels
This workout is inspired by Triometrics from P90X3. Each move has 3 levels. Level 1 is performed for the first 20 seconds, level 2 for the next 20 seconds, and level 3 for the last 20. The workout focuses on the lower body.
Interval Walking
The Japanese Walking Method, or Interval Walking Training (IWT), is a 30-minute exercise technique alternating 3 minutes of high-intensity (fast) walking with 3 minutes of low-intensity (slow) walking, repeated 5 times. Developed by researchers at Shinshu University, it improves aerobic capacity, lowers blood pressure, and boosts leg strength more effectively than steady-paced walking.
