  • Equipment: 2 dumbbells: optional: pull up bar or parallel bars

Warm-up

  1. Goal post open and close (no weights)

  2. Alt reverse lunges (no weights)

  3. Golf swings

Block 1 (4x) 60s rest in between

45s active + 30s rest

  1. DB Squat to press x 12

  2. Heavy goblet squat x 10

  3. Mountain Climbers x 45s

  4. Alt reverse lunges x 20x (10 each side)

  5. Hanging leg raises x 12 ( can swap for v-ups)
