Goal post open and close (no weights)
Alt reverse lunges (no weights)
Golf swings
Block 1 (4x) 60s rest in between
45s active + 30s rest
DB Squat to press x 12
Heavy goblet squat x 10
Mountain Climbers x 45s
Alt reverse lunges x 20x (10 each side)
Hanging leg raises x 12 ( can swap for v-ups)
