Block 1 (2x)

  1. One leg stretch

  2. Crunch with around the world to leg raise

  3. Dumbbell hold with alt half circle

  4. Crunch with leg extension and chest press

  5. Side plank to knee to elbow

  6. Side plank knee tucks
